3D printed Alpine

I just wanted to share this picture of a Sunbeam Alpine that my son made on his 3D printer. The photo doesn't show the details well, but it's about 3" long and 1/2" thick; hollow in the middle so light shows through from the back to reveal "Sunbeam Alpine". I think it's actually pretty cool and it now stays on my desk.

Very cool! Great that he’s learning 3D printing - it’s a fantastic way to experiment with design and prototyping. I had a blast teaching it for 5 years and good on you for encouraging him.

Actually, “Thingiverse” has full scale models of the Alpine/Tiger as well...
