Will the 2.9 bell housing for a manual transmission work with Jose's conversion, i.e., a 2.8 V6?

As far as I know, all 2.9 (as well as 4.0) manual bell housings are integral units, part of the Ranger M5R1 transmission, which Jose will not tolerate.

In short, they are bolt ons, but forget it.
