    Its always run at colder temps. The only time it has ever gone beyond halfway is on a 90 degree day stuck in traffic. I would like to get it to run hotter so am trying a different thermo. If it doesn't do any good, it is only a $10 change for no purpose. Time to change the antifreeze anyway.

    I have an SV with stock radiator. The thermostat have in it is out of the Napa book for the car (Sunbeam Sp didn't have one at the time). It's too cold. Runs at 50c (122 F). Does anyone have a part number for a 170 f unit that fits the stock radiator? Thank you for any help.
