S2 radio console

I have a original s2 radio console with speaker. When I open it up it has tubes (I’m old enough to remember). I noticed it has a tag on the back that says positive ground.
Does anyone know if it’s a problem to have it negative ground, I believe it the original with the car as it’s a Motorola made for England?

It needs to be isolated, and wired positive ground if your car is now negative ground. Otherwise PHOOOFF!!

Thanks, I believe when I bought the car it was already installed. So maybe that’s what the previous owner did.
I bought it 20 years ago.

It's good to ask, but anything that has a giant sign in red on yellow background that says "WARNING POSITIVE GROUND ONLY" - should speak for itself.
