This car has been on FB for 4+ months. I (and others I know) have made offers, but apparently no one has ponied enough $$ that would make him sell it. The general concensus is, for some reason, he doesn't want to sell it.

I'll tell you this: if he accepted our offer – it would be gone!

I visited that car some 4 months ago. The fender that's shown on top was hanging off the side of the car and fell off when
I brushed against it. I've had numerous conversations with the owner but he just won't name a price. I think I gave him a very
fair offer, but to no avail. I firmly believe that he really like the attention he gets from having this car in his yard.
Too bad since there are some salvageable parts!

Wow. That's what I'ld call a lifetime project :D. Looks as if a truck smashed into the rear. 2k $ would be the max ...

Guy's put the VIN number in the thread make it searchable BEFORE the tag finds its way onto a stolen car or a reshell.

To clarify, the Tiger pic'd in Warren's post was stolen sometime over the past year from the Bay area, California.

Thanks, Warren, for posting the believed-to-be-clean VIN of the rusty wreck above it doesn't pop up on another body.

The title and the vin plates are really where the money is. How much of the Tiger Specific parts and panels are in anywhere near usable condition?

I'm not big on Tigers but seeing this one in that condition and just left to rot half-buried in dirt hurts my heart.

Several of us do the best we can because we knew the need for a back up to the TIROST of Norms. The tags and other bits can find their way to another country where you can build a car around a tag and title.
Yes that's Charlie's car and since he was very ill he wasn't aware the car was stolen for about a year.

WOW!! The general condition is one thing, And that accident is QUITE another!!

I was looking for the back of the car, not realizing it's there,

just not where I expected to see it....

My guess is Freight Train!

....Giving a new definition to the Buff out prospect!

All in all, I think it gives a GOOD showing as modern ART!!

May favorite part is the plastic wheel laid over the carburetor.
Bet that kept water out of the motor ;)

We may have a CONTENDER in the Calendar picture contest?

However, I would hope the calendar would have more hopeful pictures...

Dan that picture is too hurtful to look at for a whole month. I pulled dug 1/2 of a Tiger out of an avocado grove and it's a sorry memory. Apparently putting a new tarp over the old tarp didn't seem a worthwhile expense. I don't see a forklift picking up the car unless it's pierced like a hot dog on the grille :(

This is the guy that was asked if he was interested in selling it, 15 years ago who replied, “I’m thinking about restoring it with my brother when he gets out of prison”.
