looks like you could sand off the dark blue on the back and repaint it. I have done that to a few front grill badges in the past.

As long as the flash chrome is gokd agree with gentle samd the blue and repaint.. Just take care where the chrome is on the embossed logo from the back

I have looked at repairing it myself. However the person who put it in the car the last time used enough glue to fill the entire back portion. I have tried to remove the glue but the chrome comes off. I think it it is best to start fresh.

If someone had a complete horn ring that looked good I would be interested
