For what it is worth, saw a 2.8 w/ c4 for sale in Ft.Myers , Fla., on Craigslist. $ 100.00 bucks.

Guys, it certainly looks like a clean engine and worth the money, just the distance is a problem for me.

Anyone travelling from that area up this way that could haul , I would be interested....

You mean this one? I am saving it for you Dan....will bring to columbia SOS for you......And I think it look like a fresh rebuild....has new freeze plugs everywhere and oil on dipstick looks bran new.....It was in a T bucket hot rod that was stored not driven.....What a deal.....I have a question....any one know if this C4 tranny will bolt up to an early 302 (six bolt)

You need the 302 C4 bellhousing, maybe a different torque converter.
