    I paid about the same about a year ago. I used AIH coating in Dubuque Iowa. I did get the rate that the paint shop that painted my car gets.

    I think he is referring to a complete rear end, differential, axles and all. The third member would for sure not fit in the alpine housing.

    My mom had her replacement at 80. She does not wrench on cars, but her recovery was pretty good.

    You may get that miracle. I have known a few folks including my wife and my mom that have had very good outcomes from shoulder surgery. Some rotator cuffs, and some joint replacement.
