All series I/II Alpines have a soft too.
When series 3 started they introduced 2 models.

GT Alpines (series 3-V) only have a hardtop and gain rear seating area amd luxury trim.

ST Alpines have the soft top and can also have a hardtop.

Yes, Lou has a GT! It's been confirmed and he has been told multiple times.

Perhaps this will help: LOU, YOU HAVE A "SERIES 3 GT". Your car IS NOT a Series 3 "ST".
