Yes it does, at least to me. But superficial looks mean nothing and there is no simple way to determine the validity of the claim. If the VIN is a Tiger number AND the tag shows no sign of ever being removed, that would be a good start.

Maybe you saw the one for sale on ebay that's in Canada , Please also check the , postings discussing the car on the CAT Club .
