Great time for the Tiger!

I had a special invite from Bill Bulpitt, the Event Coordinator, to bring my Blue Boy V6 and be amongst the Tiger Group at Hilton Head Island November 2nd thru 4th.

Had a grand time along with the others present showing off the Sunbeams.

My thanks especially Bill Bulpitt for his untiring efforts to get us there so we could participate.

Blue Boy drew lots of questions from the many folks viewing the Tigers:) The SUNBEAM V6 valve covers and the V6 emblems on the fender sure messed with some of their minds. I had a great time joking with them too!

Michael, The Concours Event was centered around British cars powered by American motors.... that's why the Tigers were invited.

My Sunbeam Alpine powered by the FORD (Cologne) V6 was included as a real courtesy for me:)

Cool is Blue Boy a 106 color code. I have 2 cars and 2 tops trying to decide to paint on hard top white and the other black. Sounds like you had a little rain towards the end.b Talked with Bill F. for some time yesterday nice touch the names on the flyover.... :)

Warren, I took the plate off covering the heater core, went the the NAPA Dealer for a match in the Colour. The original colour as stamped on the data plate is 106 which is Commodore Blue, They did as good a match as their machine was able. I was then and now very pleased with the match.

As you know some Sunbeams came with matching colours for both the Body and the Top, others had contrasting colours such as my Blue Boy, with Commodore Blue (106) for the Body and in this case Embassy Black for the Hardtop. My choice:)

It brings a lot of favorable comments wherever it goes.

My '65 SIV ST Colour Code 70 ( Maroon) which was ordered by my friend Kirby while He was stationed in England came with the Hardtop matching the Body. Still a very nice combo!

Allan Ballard has a nice Tiger (Colour Code 86) with a hardtop in a creamy white (don't know the correct colour), but it sure stands out as a great contrast to the Green!

Bill Freeman is a really nice Gent! Enjoyed our little bit of fellowship on the Sunbeams.

Thanks must go to Bill Bulpitt for making this Event a Grand one!

The Fly over Shot really shows a long line of Sunbeam Tigers (with me a Non-Tiger in the near middle)..... An invite I could not refuse:) Had a Great time explaining the "SUNBEAM V6 valve covers and the V6 Badges:)
