Hi, Chuck. Wellll, it was 36 years ago, so my memory of them being on the streets was obviously faulty. However, I was in both Winnipeg and Churchill, considerably farther north, And I do remember clearly, (despite my decrepit old age) being warned by the rental agency not to park in the open for a long period without plugging in the cord, which they showed me, neatly coiled under the hood in front of the radiator.
