Does anyone know where I can get a new Spec plate stamped in the original fonts? any leads will be much appreciated. Thanks.

I have used Jerry Turner at Nostalgic Reflections for a number of data and information plates in the past ... www.nostalgicreflections.com He isn't cheap but he does very nice work. I recently had a SI data plate re-created as I hadn't been able to find any of the currently available reproductions that accurately match...he fabricated an entire new aluminum plate with the proper graphics and then did the stamping with the correct sized font including replicating the slightly uneven spacing and alignment as would be found on a vintage piece.

Sent you a PM. SS has new early plates and the later VIN plates are available on the U.K. E Bay. All are exact duplicates.

Got my new VIN plate stamped and the numbers are a perfect reproduction of the original in font, size and positioning on the new plate. $20 plus a couple bucks in stamps. Couldn't be happier.

Hi Rick
The body shop that painted my car lost my VIN tag. I was able to buy a blank VIN tag off e-bay and have been looking for some one to stamp it. Did you send your VIN tag to the company listed above.
