SIV Intake Studs

Hey everyone, are the studs that are on the SIV intake a simple threaded stud (i.e. removable)? They look like it, but before I try to remove them, I wanted to ask.

I bought a 14 mm spacer, but the studs are too short. Before I have to go and get a 7 mm spacer, I would much prefer to put slightly longer studs on to accommodate the 14 mm (1/2") spacer.

Thanks!

They do screw out. Just be careful not to strip them taking them out. They are steel and of course the
head is aluminum so they tend to corrode. Use some heat if they're really tight.

Hope that help,
Steve

If putting in new studs add some of the antiseeze compund... While you hope never to have to take them out again... You never know
