Series II Soft Top Lowering/Raising the Soft Top Instructions

Does anyone know where to find written instructions on how to lower and raise the soft top on a Series II Alpine? I have a WM for Series I & II but nothing in it that explains the procedure. Thanks for any help pointing me in the right direction.
