Series I clutch adjustment

So I am back on the road and after the first couple of decent trips I am finding it a little difficult shfting through the gears an also an occasional whine. My thoughts are that maybe I should adjust the clutch pedal as this is an option on the Series I but my question is should I back it off or tighten it up?

Usually the clutch is self adjusting provided the initial stroke is setup correctly.

If you are not getting sufficient stroke, you may not get full release.

Also if you have bubbles in the line, you also will not get full stroke.
