yes it does look like a nice HT. It appears to be missing the uber rare window corner trim and has some mods to the window moulding trim.
Seriously doubt they will ship to the US

The top is also appears to be missing the headliner bowes. The headliner appears homemade and the owner notes it "sags" he also belives it is the original...so its likely he is unaware whats missing.

While the early tops tend to survive better than the later steel ones.. Finding one with the rear window trim ( fitted and in decent shape) is rather rarer.

I have one.. a good shell.. no dents.. has the outer trim and rear clasps in pretty good shape, and I have a good set of window trim with corner pieces!.. ordered window/ got seal from McGreggor,..the rest I am collecting,.. bows, headliner, other rubber seals ( S.S.)... looking for much better windscreen clasps.. ( too bad they are not reproduced. )

I just posted this as an interest pieces.. for those looking from the bleachers.
