Well.. assuming you are talking alpine:

There is the:
-Throttle linkage
-Pedals
-Dash
-Wiring loom under the dash
-Handbrake and cable
-Steering box

pretty much a unbolt bolt thing, there are a couple of handed things other than the steering gear, the dash and the bracket the colum bolts to that I know of. The bracket you can just flip and it will work. RHD stuff is a little hard to get on this side of the pond. Oh and shorten or lengthen the brake and clutch lines. I just put up som images of my RHD S3 if you want a look
