Dennis are you trying to get the image to show up in the forum directly instead of just the link?

You need to use URL and IMG as the markup. If you just paste in the IMG share link from photobucket it will show the image and make it a link.

[/URL <- needs square brackets at beginning and end of this line

Will the IMG link cause the picture resolution to be downsized?

I think, one good thing about a direct link to Photobucket is you can view the images in full resolution which is great for zooming in on parts.
