The series 4 & 5 used #100 "Mediterranean blue", and the series 2 & 3 used #53 "Wedgewood blue" (the series 2 also had #52 Lake blue, that is a medium blue, tinged gray and isn't close to your color).
53 is a light blue, and 100 is also a light blue but with more saturation (brighter) and tinged w/gray. Most of the Rootes colors have a gray toner added to the hue and that makes much more difficult to come up with a close color match.

I sprayed mine Mercedes China Blue which isnt as bright as the color in your first picture
