Back in the late 60's when we had the track for racing rail buggies there was a guy from Chillicothe that had a series 1 Alpine that he started racing against the rail buggies. I eventually bought it from him for a parts car. I still have the hood. It was the only straight piece of the body.

Joel, that sounds good if you're using an old Hemi but would this be in the "funny car" class in NHRA? Looks like it could use some body mods to run big slicks on the rear.
Just run small tire/maybe no prep! Or better yet maybe mayf, would run it.
