Nice substitute for the seatback cardboard

After quite a bit of research trying to find a substitute material to replace the seatback cardboard, I ran across this material at a home improvement center. It's called PolyWall, it's a plastic (I'm guessing polypropylene) wall panel, it's 1/16" thick and has a nice balance of flexibility and rigidity to take the shape of the seatback (with no heating). Was very easy to work with, I was able to cut it with a heavy pair of scissors. It comes in a 4'x8' sheet for under $20. I purchased it at Menards home improvement in eastern Ohio but on the manufacturers website (parklandplastics.com) they say it's available at HomeDepot nationwide.
