New to the club, new to Alpines. A brake master question.

I've recently acquired a 1967 series V Alpine. It needs a fair amount of work, but I think it'll be a great driver when done. The first thing that I want to do is have it start and stop. I have the master brake cylinder (actually have a few of them) but it is missing the internals. I've looked up rebuild kits but none seem to include the shaft that the seals go on. Is it possible to buy this part still? My clutch slave cylinder is also missing the internals, but slave cylinders complete are reasonably priced and available. Any help pointing me in the right direction is greatly appreciated.
