The website doesn't tell you exactly where it is. 30 minutes from downtown would get you to Kenner or Ormond and way out NO east the other way?

I think they're getting ready to build it. It doesn't say where exactly, just it will be in Jefferson parish. Probably on the westbank somewhere.
