New issues with recent purchase - looking for parts

So I cleaned up the motor parts with some degreaser.

This is what I found discovered.

Also,

I did an oil change on my new (old) car this past weekend

I found a hose coming out of a the side of the engine below the first spark plug.

The hose curves for about 18 inches and ends at the serial number on the engine block where it occasionally spits out oil.

I looked in the manuals but I dont see where this should go?

Any help is most appreciated

That's actually the last plug, #4, and that's a crankcase breather (vent ) tube. Depending what
you have on your engine it attaches to the PCV valve, or if you don't have one, just hook a tube
to it so it vents out of the trans tunnel.

As far as the main caps go, I can see a #2 on the close up, and it looks like another number
on the next thin bearing cap. I can't make that one out. If that says #4 I might be able to use
them.
