Loose Headlamp issues - how to fix?

Don’t know if I a, accidentally posting this twice, if so my apologies. I discovered my drivers side headlamp is loose, and after inspection it looks like a screw was loose or stripped, it wouldn’t tighten. But after I tried using a few replacement screws, I figured out I was screwing into the air, lol there is nothing behind the hole in the frame of the car to tighten the screw into.

As a beginner at these things, I’m wondering if one or more of you can school me on how to fix this. Is there a part I can buy to fix this? Is there usually something behind the drill hole in the body that you can tighten the headlamp assembly screw into? The other headlamp screw appears to be larger than the hole and bear;ey hanging on… appreciate your advice folks!
