Okay, I'm starting the first of a series of mystery photos of Alpines, and you try to guess (or tell me who, what, and/or where because I don't know) about the picture.
The first series of pictures was taken in L.A. on Ventura freeway, RT101 (taken by my brother on vacation in LA), just a few days ago.
So, I know the where. The "what" is a seriesV Alpine, probably Arctic White.
Who is this owner/driver?

Well,

The car has a CAT and STOA sticker on it.. so figure car was/is in those clubs. Also has a tiger refrenced plate "CHILKAT", but dont think its a V8 conversion due to the exhaust

Looks a bit like the former CAT president but I cant recall her name.

IIRC she lived in Norwalk or so which is a ways away from the 101 freeway.
