Hitachi 14231 Alternator Wiring

Any help determining how to wire this Alternator in a FORD v6 Conversion will be appreciated.

OK, it's very easy. Use the white wire ( Alternator exciter) and splice your warning light that's in
the dash next to the ign switch. Then run that white wire to the Alt and plug it in where the light
goes, the vertical slot in the T. Then you ban take any wire you'd like and plug that into the horizontal
slot in the T. Then you connect that wire to the starter relay. That'll make your ign wire come on when you switch
on the key, and turns it off once you start charging. Of course the red (heavy) wire goes from the Alt to
the starter relay.
