How do you allow for changes in wheel/tyre size? also diff ratio..

There was a spreadsheet posted a little while back.. one for tiger and one for alpines that did that.. its somewhere on the site.. Hochkans (SP?) spread sheet

Barry i got that its just an image.. but i didnt see allowance for wheel size and tyre size.
