Just got my windshield back from the polisher/powder coater/glass guy and there is a significant gap in the bottom trim. Any advice on tightening this gap up? Also, this trim does not seem very secure. Any old tricks you guys have is appreciated on keeping this thing secure?

It appears it's popped out and not being reatined by the rubber ...the screen trims are very fiddly amd tale a while to get right and have tight gaps..

Someone else may chime in.. But suspect you may have to take them off and put on again...

That looks like the lower trim has come out from being behind the body to windscreen frame seal lip. The gap is usually little more than a noticeable join between the two trim pieces. There are a number of videos on The Sunbeam Alpine Channel on YouTube that cover windscreen frame repairs, refitting and even installing a heated front screen. This one might be useful here.
