Front floor replacement

Tim R

Silver Level Sponsor
This video shows how you can replace corroded front floors on a Sunbeam Alpine. It also shows the full structure of an Alpine and how the cross member, sills and floor join. This particular car was so badly rusted that you could see daylight through many of the panels, some of which were as thin as tin foil, now it is fully restored.

We make no claim to be professional mechanics and there may be other ways of doing this, the video is a record of how we did it on our car.
