Waterford hills in the 60's. There's a very short sceene of an Alpine racing. Overall there is some nice sceenes of other cars, too.

That. Was. Amazing.

The very first car in the movie (and shown several times in the early part of the film) is almost certainly my old Elva Courier race car. I had never seen films of it, only old photos from the previous owner. And I'm not surprised it's out near the front of the pack - that car was bloody fast. I ended up tearing the centers out of the rear wheels shown in the pics below! Being a poor college student I ended up replacing them with trailer wheels - they worked great!

That's my Dad and me... I had just bought it and was showing it to him.
