Fast Idle Spring

Hey Peeps,

I am rebuilding the stock Steomberg carbs and I did not take good notes on where the fast idle spring connects. I know the flat/straight part of the spring rests/holds on to the tab on the choke bracket, but where does the hook end of the spring connect? I assume it needs to be in the fast idle cam, but where?

I think I figured it out. Does it go on the arm (with the notch) of the starter bar operating lever?
