How does one access an email address for any of the above? I click on the word email after their name and nothing happens.

Those links actually launch your default email program. Maybe if you don't have one setup the link won't do anything. Most browsers will let you right click on those links and copy the email address for pasting into an email program.

The easiest option would be just to post here who you're trying to contact and we can email you.
