Don't know about the drivetrain, but that's an interesting use of a MGB grill.

In 1978, I think the only Triumphs imported were Spitfire, TR7, Stag, and maybe TR8.

Would have been nice to see an under hood pic.

Running to date, mechanics of Triumph 1978 complete with discs and rack and pinion, new gas tank, new aluminum radiator with electric fans, new tires, communicate for more details, few like this. Manual 4 speed.
