Alpine Brake hose

On the brake hose on the series 2 Alpine is a copper washer required between the hose boss where it screws into the caliper? I removed the hoses to find one hose with a copper washer and two without. Appreceiate your input.

Dwain, I am looking at the WSM for the ser ll, don't see any washers, unless I am seeing differently than you. It does' not show hoses, And I don't remember when I did mine any washers.. But not to say there were'nt.

Thanks Chuck Im just not sure about this one. The ends of the hoses are tapered like they would seat in the fitting . Anybody else have some input on this. Thanks

Say Dwain, I did find during another search, brakes and controls, The only washers are the ones gong through the mount plate going to the wheel. But it is/or appears to be a lock washer. Perhaps the previous owner thought that one was needed.??I'll see if I can scan this and send it on PM..
