Alpine and Tiger front steering knuckles

does anyone know if Tigers used the same steering knuckles (aka stub axles or spindles) as series 4 and series 5 Alpines?
if so, the factory parts book shows early series 4 Alpines up to B94103418 as using different part numbered knuckles than the ones for later series 4 and series 5 after B94103418.
thanks

Apologies if this is a dumb question, but have you checked if there is a parts entry in the Tiger Parts List Supplement manual?

yes but no mention of that part, here is what says:

1224619 ....................... FRONT SUSPENSION CROSSMEMBER . .. .. 1
1223650 _.__...__..,_...., ...___ _. COIL SPRING ... .. ... ... . .. .. 2
127A836 _-....,_._ ....._._ . LOWER LINK, O/S (R.H.)~.c/w fulcrum pin . .. .. 1
1224837
__
....................... . LOWER LINK, N/S (L.H.) and bushes ... . .. .. 1
Fulcrum pin, bush, etc.-As Alpine IV.
1224640 _.___ ._.........._...._ ......_. _. -STEERING ARM,O/S (R.H.) . .. ... .. . .. 1
1224641 _..._........_............._._. ... STEERING ARM, N/S (L.H.) ... ... ... .. 1

the Alpine parts list shows a different part number for the early Series 4 than the one for later Series 4 and series 5 so if it is the same as an Alpine is it early or late?
thanks
