    Yes, that’s a good price. But then it’s in the U.K. where they are better known and cherished, and the project was well along, with much of the ugly work accomplished.

    Reserve not met. Can see that he had much more invested in it as is. Assuming the bodywork and paint were done to high standards and all other parts are there, it would be expensive.....

    What's the going rate for a LeMans these days? I'm contemplating a restoration on one and would
    be good information to judge what to put into it .

    They're worth what someone is willing to pay if they want the car. I recently provided our Hagerty agent with the cost of what it took to build the RHD car. Hagerty has now set a value of 50K on the car. I seriously doubt that we could ever sell it for anything even close to what we have in it
