Bill, you are right. Somehow missed the crossflow part. Griffin Tiger radiator is crossflow and there are some Universal ones on Ebay that are 24" x 16". Largest to fit in the space. Outlets on dual pass are on the same side.

A week ago I talked to a local radiator shop and asked about an estimate for re-coring with 3 rows. (I stopped listening after he said $600+).
I also asked if aluminum was as efficient as copper. He said most cars on the road are aluminum and plastic and the aluminum cores (tubes) are larger for more efficiency.
