What resolution ( pixels x pixels ) do the images have to be? Eg: 3510 x 2480 would be an a4 image at 300dpi

Assume you want jpegs?

Jpegs preferred and highest resolution you can send. Obviously higher resolution pix will provide better prints for the calendar.

The bigger issue, though, is actually getting SAOCA participants to send photos.
Send me what you have - engines, interiors, cars in front of national monuments, whatever....
