Looking at the roll cage, paint job and general appearance it certainly looks like it! All they showed was a photo and the text which I quoted.

I give up, can't find anything on this, his site doesn't seem to have anything recent, 2003 being the last date I see on there and nothing on the car in a completed state. Sure would like to know where to find more....

I recall a guy with a turbo 302 Tiger years ago saying the car got scary above 160mph due to aerodynamics. His had 10" Porsche Turbo flares all the way around too though.....
