Sorry I didn't get down to have a look. The obvious first step for any slumbered car is to pull the spark plugs and dump your favorite Marvel mystery oil or get lazy and take the spray fogging oil and give it about 30 seconds per cylinder. Then see if you can budge the motor by grabbing and turning the fan.
Don't turn it too far just see if you can bump it. You need to let the oil do its work. Do you have any plans for her?
