    I've had luck with a strong glue, glueing it to the hole in the metal cover. Done it a few times and it's still holding years later.

    Bumper bolt issue

    It's just a 1/2" nut welded inside the frame horn. Be very careful if you tap the hole as , from my experience, it's only welded on one side, and not very well. They tend to break off with too much twisting.

    The stand offs are 7/8 " pipe. Just make sure you can get a 1/2" bolt through the center.

    Boot weatherstripping

    I've got them on a car I'm working on. I'll try & take some pictures later today and post them. They go around the stand offs (for lack of the proper name) . The bumper bolts go through the stand offs and the O ring seals the hole where the bracket mounts to the body.

    They are actually round O rings, by that I mean they are a circle. The profile of the O ring is square.

    Sounds like you have the clutch plate in backwards. Easy to do, not as easy to fix.

    When you state Azure Blue Series IV I assume you mean the interior. The knee pad, dash cap and roll that surrounds the rear were always black. The GT pads that go on instead of the rear metal panels were also black. I believe you should have dark blue piping in the seats as well as dark blue...

    Hardtop Help

    I'll second Fastenall! Shipped a V6 set up including the front crossmember on two pallets. It was something like $400 for both and they were pretty quick on delivery too. You do have to pick up whatever you ship at the nearest Fastenall.

    I have the wider side against the frame, going to the top of the side arm. Same on the B pillar.

    Sourcing Mustang II bell housing and Front cover.

    I had luck searching for the Mustang II 4 speed trans. 9 times out of 10 there was a bell housing attached and the yards were agreeable to sell. Of course this was a few years ago and the climate might be different now.
