Sorry Guys I can't get it to come up. Will keep trying to figure it out.

When it is opened it shows the "Cover" page, then page 2. The Cover is not page 1....so somewhere between the Cover and page 2, page 1 is lost

It looks like a current article, given the reference to the rear disc brakes:
