Well, there was a bit of a delay in receiving it for some reason, so we reached out to the SAOC. Then when they sent it, I missed the email containing it. When I saw your question, I was inspired to go looking for it. So thanks, Chris.
I've updated the page with the December edition. Theoretically, the February edition should be available in the coming weeks. It usually arrives around the first of the following month.
