Good news! My hatch glass has been installed successfully with the proper (or at least as darn close to it as humanly possible) rubber seal and chrome filler strip. A friend of mine who used to have an auto glass company took a snip of the original profile and matched it to what is currently available from all of his sources. Looks great and fits snug. I had to buy a 50' roll of it..so let me know if you need some.

Hi Jan, yes, drove the car around the block a couple of times for the first time the other day. Soooooo nice to have it finished and on the road after all this time. Now just working out the last few issues. Thanks for all the help along the way. I'll post pictures soon

Your rear hatch installation looks great. If you have enough gasket material for another window after Clive gets his, I would be interested in buying it. By the way thanks for your advice on the HLM dash restoration. So far, it is looking pretty good. Let me know about the rear gasket material. Thanks.
