Tiger transmission mount bracket

For those Tiger guys wanting to keep their tiger original or appearing original and for those guys building an Alger, I have utilized an Original Tiger Transmission Mount Bracket as a pattern to reproduce a clone.

My Engineer/Draftsman has made drawings, then Laser cut pieces, built a Jig for Tig welding an exact duplicate of the Tiger bracket. They are now available $200. + shipping.

I believe they can be utilized in several "builds" where the V8's are installed. Might even be useful in some "other" type conversions because of the fitment in the front portion of the "X" Frame of the Alpine/Tiger.

Nice work!

I hope you've put a note on the C.A.T. forum as well.

Yep! I am continuing to have them produced for the Sunbeam Tiger and Alpine "Alger" projects too!

Liking them so well, I have decided to give them a try in my next V6 conversion. If the straight back headers I designed are utilized, it is a natural run for the exhaust system to go thru the X frame like the Tiger system. Take a good look at the PIC in the 1st POST in this thread and you will see the routing of the exhaust piping and mufflers.

With the "Tiger" Tranny Bracket I am going to try the cross-over tubing also in the next V6 project.

Price is still $200 plus shipping.
